The Localism Act requires that Parish Councillors' Register of Interest Declaration forms are published on the Parish Council's website as well as the District Council's website.  These can be found on the Declarations of Interests page. 

The Register of Interest Declaration forms have been temporarily removed due to a change in legislation which requires Councillors to give permission for their home addresses to be published.  The forms will be reinstated once Councillors have stated whether or not they wish their home addresses to be published and, where appropriate, forms have been redacted to remove home addresses.
